Hours: 32 hours per week Monday – Thursday 10:00-5:00 – Friday 10:00-4:30

Job Responsibilities
- Handle Customer Enquiries & Issues Across Multiple Channels
Respond to customer queries via email, phone, live chat, and in-person where applicable. Log, track, and resolve issues efficiently while maintaining a high standard of communication, empathy, and professionalism. Escalate more complex concerns to relevant departments while ensuring the customer is kept informed throughout the process. - Maintain Accurate Customer and Business Records
Use CRM and internal systems to update customer profiles, track service interactions, and manage administrative files such as contracts, bookings, or attendance registers. Ensure that records are up to date, compliant with GDPR, and accessible to relevant team members. - Coordinate Internal Administrative Processes
Support business operations by scheduling meetings, preparing reports, updating internal logs (e.g., risk registers, complaints logs), ordering supplies, and managing documentation flow between departments. Proactively identify and resolve bottlenecks in administrative tasks to keep business processes smooth. - Monitor and Improve Customer Satisfaction
Collect and analyse customer feedback through surveys or post-service check-ins. Identify recurring issues, service gaps, or trends, and propose solutions or improvements to line managers. May also include preparing summary reports for review by senior leadership to inform service or process enhancements. - Provide Administrative Support to the Finance Lead
Assist with basic finance-related tasks such as reconciling receipts, tracking payments, updating financial records, and preparing documentation for payroll or expenses. Help maintain accurate logs of childcare voucher redemptions, subsidy reports, and parent payment queries.
