S4A is seeking a Play Leader to work at a breakfast and/or an after-school club at one of our Wraparound Care locations in Buckingham, Aylesbury, Bicester, Towcester.
Are you passionate and love to inspire and engage with children? If so, we have the perfect opportunity for you! We are seeking a Play Leader to join our team and create a fun and enriching environment for children.
These part-time positions offer flexibility to accommodate your family commitments between 10 and 25 hours per week, built around you.

Role Overview:
As a Play Leader, you will take on a leadership role in ensuring the smooth operation of our high-quality Ofsted accredited settings. Your responsibilities will include:
- Ensuring a safe, fun, and stimulating environment for children.
- Leading and coordinating various activities, tailored to different age groups.
- Maintaining professionalism in interactions with children, parents, colleagues and schools.
- Safeguarding the well-being of all children attending our clubs.
