Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions apply to all entries into the S4A Group Ltd – S4A – 12 Days of Christmas Giveaway.
By making a qualifying booking, you are deemed to have accepted these Terms and Conditions. They commence on the date of your booking.
These Terms & Conditions apply specifically to the S4A 12 Days of Christmas Giveaway running from Monday 8th December for 12 consecutive days.

Giveaway Summary

The 12 Days of Christmas Giveaway offers parents the chance to win one festive prize from a selection of S4A credits, vouchers, discounts, and Golden Tickets.
To enter, customers must make a booking to any S4A Christmas Holiday Club before Sunday 7th December.

Entry Requirements

• One entry per parent only.

• Entry is automatically granted when a qualifying booking is completed before the deadline.

• Bookings must be completed online at www.s4aclub.co.uk.

• Bookings made after Sunday 7th December will not be entered into the giveaway.

Across the 12 days, winners may receive one of the following:

Prizes are allocated to set days and will be announced daily.

Winner Selection & Announcement

• Winners are chosen at random from all eligible entries.

• One winner will be announced each day over the 12 Days of Christmas.

• Winners will be revealed via S4A social media videos.

• Winners will also be contacted directly by email using the address provided at booking.

Prize Conditions

• Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

• Credits, discounts, and vouchers must be used within S4A services.

• Golden Tickets cover the stated number of Holiday Club days only.

• Discounts do not apply retrospectively to existing bookings.

• If S4A cancels a session, standard options for credit or rebooking will apply.

Changes or Cancellations

• Our standard booking policy applies to any session booked as part of this promotion.

• Giveaway entry remains valid even if sessions are moved to alternative dates (subject to booking being completed before the entry deadline).

• If a customer cancels their booking entirely, their giveaway entry will be void.

Eligibility & Limitations

• Offer is open to all S4A customers booking Christmas Holiday Clubs.

• Each parent receives one entry, regardless of the number of bookings or children.

• S4A reserves the right to withdraw or amend the giveaway at any time in exceptional circumstances.

Venue-Specific Notes

Availability of Christmas Holiday Clubs varies by venue and may be limited by capacity, staffing, or school availability.
Only bookings for venues operating Christmas Holiday Clubs are eligible.
