Bookings

Yes. To pay via universal credit, please pay in full by card at the time of booking. You can then email info@s4aclub.co.uk  with your booking reference and request an invoice. Please send this to Universal Credit to claim back the cost of your booking.

Unfortunately, we do not currently offer sibling discounts.

To extend your booking, please contact info@s4aclub.co.uk  or call 01280 460 560.

All of our Ofsted registered settings can accept childcare vouchers. We can accept tax-free childcare, childcare vouchers or childcare grant payments.

When making a booking, select ‘childcare-vouchers’ as the payment option at checkout.  If paying by tax-free childcare vouchers, please enter your child’s TFC reference number in the ‘reference’ field.

Once the booking has been made, visit the childcare voucher company or government account and send your payment to S4A.

Please search ‘S4A Group Ltd’ or ‘S4A Sports Ltd.’ You may not see your child’s specific school on the list but you can make a payment to any of our settings. Please reference the child’s name with the payment.

We ask that payment is made within 24 hours of booking, as it takes 48 hours to come through to us.

Under ‘Child’s details’ in your S4A account, you can enter any medical or collection information.

For session-specific information, please email info@s4aclub.co.uk and the information will be shared with the relevant team members.

Go to the GOV.UK sign-in page for your childcare account using your Government Gateway ID.

Once signed in, click on ‘Account’,  then ‘Manage account’.

In the account details, you will find your ‘eligibility responses’ for each child. The reference number is included in this information, often found near the bottom of the account summary page for that child.

The unique payment reference number is a combination of 4 letters and 5 numbers, followed by “TFC”. The letters are usually the first initial of your child’s first name and the first three letters of their surname (e.g., for John Smith, the reference might be JSMI12345TFC).

If you cannot access your account or find the reference number, you can contact the Childcare Service helpline on 0300 123 4097.

S4A has three accounts with Computershare. Please send payments to any one of the following accounts:

  • 0024256692
  • 0022537773

Our Edenred P number is: P21017251.

Wrap Around

You can contact any of our wrap around settings by calling the setting phone number. You can find this in your booking confirmation email or on the setting specific pages on our website.

When children attend, they have free choice of what to do. They can choose to take part in the activity on the timetable or play outside, take part in crafts, or play with small-world toys, games, or Lego.

For the most up-to-date prices, head to your school’s booking page on the S4A website.

We highly recommend that your child brings a snack to wraparound care and after school clubs.

They will be encouraged to have this as soon as they arrive after school.

If you’re running late, please let us know by contacting the specific venue your child is at or by calling 01280 460 560.

S4A Late Collection Policy

Ensuring the smooth conclusion of your child’s session is crucial to us at S4A. We kindly remind parents and carers of their responsibility to collect their child promptly, with the latest collection time being 18:00.

If you’re running late, please let us know by contacting the specific venue your child is at or by calling 01280 460 560.  We appreciate your proactive communication and request that you make alternative arrangements for collection.

If a child is collected later than the agreed time for their slot, an additional charge may be incurred, at S4A’s discretion. The charge will be based on the next booking slot rate.

Please be aware that a late collection charge of £5.00 per 10 minutes per child will be applied for collections after the final session ends.

For your child’s safety, it is essential that each of our Wraparound Care settings have up-to-date emergency contact information. Please ensure that these contacts are individuals authorised for communication, in case you are unable to arrive by the close of the club.

Should a child be persistently collected later than the agreed time (more than 3 times in one-half term), S4A reserves the right to withdraw the child’s place from any supervision.

Each venue has a specific timetable on their booking page full of sports, crafts, and other fun activities.
