Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

• These terms and conditions apply to all contracts entered between S4A Group Ltd – S4A – and its customers.

• At the time you make a booking, you will be deemed to have accepted and agreed to these terms and conditions. They will commence on the date of your booking.

These Terms & Conditions apply to the S4A Black Friday Promotion running from Thursday 28th November at 10:00 AM to Monday 1st December at 6:00 PM.

1. Offer Summary
10% discount is available when using the code BLACK-FRIDAY-10 at checkout. The offer is valid only during the promotion period listed above. Bookings must be completed online at www.s4aclub.co.uk.

2. What’s Included
You can use the code to book:

• Wraparound Care (Breakfast & After School sessions)

• Holiday Clubs for 2025

• Spring Term After School Clubs (starting January 2025)
  Please note: Not all venues offer all services. Each booking is subject to availability.

3. How to Use the Code
Enter BLACK-FRIDAY-10 at the checkout stage. The discount will be applied before payment. The code must be entered manually — we cannot apply it after checkout is complete.

4. Payment Terms
Full payment is required at the time of booking. You may still use childcare vouchers or tax-free childcare. Bookings are only confirmed once payment has been received.

5. Changes or Cancellations
Our flexible booking policy applies — you can transfer your booking to another date free of charge. Refunds follow our standard refund policy. Discounted bookings are not eligible for partial refunds of the discount value.

6. Exclusions
This offer cannot be used with any other promotions or discounts. Code is valid for new bookings only made during the Black Friday period. If a session is later cancelled by S4A, standard options for credit or rebooking will apply.

7. Venue-Specific Notes
Some schools may not run After School Clubs or have all Holiday Club dates available. Availability is determined by each venue’s capacity and operating calendar.
