We provide a range of wrap around care services and provisions including breakfast clubs, after school care and specific after school clubs. The provision at your child’s school is dependent on what the school has arranged with us.
Providing trusted, caring and nurturing wrap around care is really important to us. We’re the first faces at the start of your child’s school day, and the ones waving them off at the end of the day! And we take that responsibility very seriously. We want their wrap around care experience to be a happy one. Full of laughter, creativity, fun and smiles. We want every child to feel safe, involved, engaged and – above all – provide a space for them to be an active part of. In turn, enabling you to feel relaxed knowing they love their time with us.
We mix up the activities on offer to ensure there’s always something for everyone to enjoy. Your child will have complete freedom to choose and partake in whatever they’re in the mood for (we know this can change daily!)
Held at your child’s school, our wrap around care previsions are exceptionally convenient. Your child will remain within the school premises in what they know to be a safe and familiar place. Plus, our activities and clubs are always educational, engaging, active and creative for maximum engagement and – above all – FUN.
Unlike other childcare providers, we’re super flexible. We offer multiple options for drop-off and collections, meaning you only pay for the hours you use. We also offer a very flexible cancellation policy! If your child is unable to attend a booked session due to changes in plans or illness, we’ll let you transfer your booking to another session – free of charge.

All of our Ofsted registered settings can accept childcare vouchers. We can accept tax credits, childcare vouchers or childcare grant payments.
When making a booking, select “childcare-vouchers” as the payment option at checkout. Once the booking has been made, visit the childcare voucher company or government account and send your payment to S4A.
Please search ‘S4A Group Ltd’ or ‘S4A Sports Ltd.’ You may not see your child’s specific school on the list but you can make a payment to any of our settings. Please reference the child’s name with the payment.
We ask that payment is made within 24 hours of booking, as it takes 48 hours to come through to us.
Yes. To pay via universal credit, please pay in full at the time of booking. You can then email info@s4aclub.co.uk with your booking reference and request an invoice. Please send this to Universal Credit to claim back the cost of your booking.

S4A CANCELLATIONS / CREDIT POLICY
At S4A, we do not issue cash refunds for cancellations. However, we offer the flexibility to transfer cancelled sessions to another day or to receive a credit note, which remains valid for six months from the date of issue.
Parents must contact us within 48 hours of making a booking to apply credit to that booking. After this, credit cannot be applied to the booking and payment must be paid in full.
For breakfast clubs and holiday clubs, kindly notify us before the session begins in order to qualify for a credit note or transfer. Unfortunately, if the cancellation occurs after the session has started, no credit will be issued.
For after school wraparound care and clubs, kindly notify us before 12:00 on the day of the session in order to qualify for a credit note or transfer. Unfortunately, if the cancellation occurs after 12:00 on the day of the session, no credit will be issued.
This applies to all sessions by S4A Group Ltd.
Unfortunately, we do not currently offer sibling discounts.
