All of our Ofsted registered settings can accept childcare vouchers. We can accept tax credits, childcare vouchers or childcare grant payments.
When making a booking, select “childcare-vouchers” as the payment option at checkout. Once the booking has been made, visit the childcare voucher company or government account and send your payment to S4A.
Please search ‘S4A Group Ltd’ or ‘S4A Sports Ltd.’ You may not see your child’s specific school on the list but you can make a payment to any of our settings. Please reference the child’s name with the payment.
We ask that payment is made within 24 hours of booking, as it takes 48 hours to come through to us.
Yes. To pay via universal credit, please pay in full at the time of booking. You can then email info@s4aclub.co.uk with your booking reference and request an invoice. Please send this to Universal Credit to claim back the cost of your booking.

In the notes section of your booking, you can write any relevant information regarding your child or booking.

Unfortunately, we do not currently offer sibling discounts.
S4A CANCELLATIONS/REFUND POLICY
At S4A, we do not issue cash refunds for cancellations. However, we offer the flexibility to transfer cancelled sessions to another day or receive a credit note, which remains valid for six months from the date of issue.
S4A CLUB CANCELLATIONS:
To qualify for a credit note, kindly notify us before the session begins. Unfortunately, if the cancellation occurs after the session has started, no credit will be issued.
This applies to all sessions by S4A Group Ltd.
Please note that from 1st January 2025, cancellations for after school clubs and wraparound care must be made before 12:00 on the day of the session in order to receive a transfer or credit note. The policy for breakfast clubs and holiday clubs will remain unchanged – please let us know before the session begins.

We highly recommend that your child brings a snack to wraparound care and after school clubs.
They will have this as soon as they arrive after school.
Each venue has a specific timetable on their booking page full of sports, crafts, and other fun activities.
When children attend, they have free choice of what to do. They can choose to take part in the club on the timetable or play outside, take part in a crafts activity, or play with games/lego.
You can contact any of our wrap around settings by calling the setting phone number. You can find this in your booking confirmation email or on the setting specific pages on our website.

S4A Late Collection Policy
Ensuring the smooth conclusion of your child’s session is crucial to us at S4A. We kindly remind parents and carers of their responsibility to collect their child promptly, with the latest collection time being 18:00.
If you’re running late, please let us know by contacting the specific venue your child is at or by calling 01280 460 560. We appreciate your proactive communication and request that you make alternative arrangements for collection.
Please be aware that a late collection charge of £5.00 per 10 minutes per child will be applied for collections after 18:00.
If a child is collected later than the agreed time for the 16:30, 17:00 or 17:30 slot, an additional charge may be incurred, at S4A’s discretion. The charge will be based on the next booking slot rate.
For your child’s safety, it is essential that each of our Wraparound Care settings have up-to-date emergency contact information. Please ensure that these contacts are individuals authorised for communication, in case you are unable to arrive by the close of the club.
Should a child be persistently collected later than the agreed time (more than 3 times in one-half term), S4A reserves the right to withdraw the child’s place from any supervision.
Children from 4 years old, who are in school, up to those having just finished year 8 can attend.
Please provide your child with snacks, lunch and drinks. We also ask that they are dressed appropriately for the weather. In the summer, please make sure that they attend wearing sun cream.

No! Your children can attend any one of our Holiday Clubs.
No! Your child does not have to attend the school where the Holiday Club is held. They are welcome to attend any of our Holiday Clubs.
When you drop off or pick up your children from our setting, you will be able to scan a QR code that takes you to a login page. Please login using the appropriate access code for your setting. You will then be able to view all lost property from that setting, and speak to the team in order to receive any of your child’s belongings back.

The HAF Programme is funded by the Department for Education to provide additional support to eligible families to access holiday activities. Children who are eligible for benefit related free school meals can book places.
We operate our HAF Holiday Clubs in Northamptonshire and Buckinghamshire at a variety of locations including, but not limited to, Marie Weller, Radstone, Lace Hill, Grendon Underwood, Wingrave and Overstone.
We run at different locations during different school holidays so please check our website or speak to our team to find out where we’ll be running HAF Holiday Clubs during upcoming school holidays.
This programme is for children who receive benefit related free school meals. If you are unsure, please contact your school.
Unfortunately not, the universal free school meals are not benefit related free school meals. If you are eligible, you will receive a code from the school.
No! Your children can attend any one of our venues.
We run our HAF Clubs during Easter, Summer and Christmas holidays. They will not be run in any half terms.
HAF sessions are 09:00-15:00.
We accept children from age 5 to age 13; Reception to end of year 8.
If your child is 4 and in Nursery, please contact info@s4aclub.co.uk and we can advise which venue they can attend.
To book your children onto our Haf Programme, please go to the Buckinghamshire Council website.
Your child’s school will email or send you a letter which will contain your child’s HAF voucher.
Yes, your child will receive a hot lunch. We do ask that you provide your child with a drink and some snacks.
Yes, please provide snacks and a water bottle that can be refilled by a member of the team.
