Our now Operations Manager started as an apprentice at S4A in 2018. Tom was employed full time to work as a sports coach across our schools in the local area and made fantastic relationships with the children in the schools, school staff and our team at S4A. Tom was then offered a settings Manager role in which he ran one of our Wraparound Care settings.
In 2021, Tom became our Area Manager and is responsible for supporting the whole company at both all of our wraparound care settings and holiday club venues. His role expanded further in 2024, as he became our Operations Manager, now responsible for leading every aspect of operations at S4A, ensuring excellence in both our daily services and long-term vision.
