Our current Area Manager began their journey with S4A as an apprentice in 2018. Initially, Tom worked as a full-time sports coach within our local schools, fostering strong connections with students, school staff, and our S4A team. Subsequently, Tom was offered the role of Settings Manager, overseeing one of our Wraparound Care facilities.
In 2021, Tom advanced to the position of Area Manager, where he now plays a pivotal role in supporting our entire organisation, encompassing all Wraparound Care settings and holiday club locations.
