At S4A we have a clear pathway for success for every individual who works for us. We have a unique career pathway which starts as an apprentice all the way up to a company director.
Whilst undertaking an apprentice with us at S4A you will gain the ability to be able to deliver high quality and engaging PE lessons and lunchtime clubs. Be capable of preparing and planning lessons and appropriate activities suitable for Primary School Pupils across EYFS, KS1 and KS2. You will learn all of this as well as studying a level 3 or 4 in Sports Coaching and development.
Our now Area Manager started as an apprentice at S4A in 2018. Tom was employed full time to work as a sports coach across our schools in the local area and made fantastic relationships with the children in the schools, school staff and our team at S4A. Tom was then offered a settings Manager role in which he ran one of our Wraparound Care settings.
In 2021, Tom became our Area Manager and is responsible for supporting the whole company at both all of our wraparound care settings and holiday club venues.
